Led by its founder and Chairman cum Managing Director, Ir. Wong Ching Hwa, Director, Ir. Koo Yuk Liong and Director Ir. Tong Tshen Jui, the APSB management team is comprised of individuals who have been chosen to lead their facet of the company based upon their expertise. Some are division managers while others are dedicated project managers that serve as role models to our staff and others in the industry.
